Caverna Lapa das Dores — Raio de Sol e Claraboia
A Bambuí-group limestone cave carved by the Córrego das Dores, with 186 m of passages, a gallery 40 m wide and 25 m high. The main draw is the skylight — a gap in the ceiling through which light enters all day and through which you do a contemplative rappel of about 25 m, passing right by stalactites down to the cave floor. It's in Mambaí/Buritinópolis, in Goiás's far northeast, not inside the Terra Ronca park.
- Visits to the Mambaí caves are made with an accredited local guide (operators such as Cerrado Aventura and Mambaí Adventure). The skylight rappel is optional and charged separately, with equipment and a technical guide.
- Best in the dry season (May–Sep), when the roads and stream access are safer; in the rains there's a flash-flood risk in galleries with a watercourse. The skylight guarantees natural light all day, so the tour works morning or afternoon.
